12.20.06 - This Buds for Who?
It was great to be back at the Fineline Music Café on December 20th. Since it was a Christmas concert we tried something unique. Everyone in the band dressed up like angels and wise men. The problem with this idea was the fact that my costume ended up making me look like a circus trainer. Check out some of the pictures in the gallery..
12.17.06 - Christmas in Prison?
Playing music at the Shakopee’s Women’s Prison this month was very memorable. We randomly played an old favorite of theirs (I Saw The Light) and everyone started "clogging," (look it up on 'wikipedia' if you have any questions) we ended up playing that song four times! It was a lot of fun to be able to share music that was inspiring to them. I’m also grateful that I had the chance to talk about the love and grace of Jesus to prisoners who were so open to God.
